Colloquialism

I am a collector of colloquialism's ......... Whats that you ask?


It's those funny sayings certain people have that are quintessentially "them" and those in their circle or in the "know" completely understand the meaning when used in any context.

My favorites come from my Daddy,  the man has a way with words....

"From Hell to Guinea"  = Everywhere, all encompassing
" Plain talk is easy understood" = I have no need to sugar coat anything, this is what's on my mind
"Bull's Ass"= not real sure on this one but I believe it to be bullshit squared.

This will be a continuing feature stay tuned.....same bat time same bat channel.......

It's all in the name ....

  As you may have guessed by the title of the blog my name is Buffy. I have both loved and hated my name but it has always been a source for conversation. I will however not be using this as a public soapbox on which to berate my well intentioned sister who cried insistently for this to be my plight in life, but I do reserve the right to regress at her expense when needed! 
  What you will find here is a brain dump of all the scattered randomness that is my existence. If you know me I don't have to explain :)........... you're apprehensive already!
This began as a school project yet slowly became the solution to my fear that I was losing sweet memories and silly giggles that I would always want to remember yet nature saw fit to rob me of, again if you know me I don't have to explain, what was I doing? Oh yeah!
